At first, she didn’t enjoy Yoga, finding it difficult, slow and boring! However, a couple of years later she moved to Canada and began yoga again. She started stretching more and soon realised how good it made her feel. Since then, Issi has been on a mission to help people become happy, well and fit through yoga and other forms of movement!
Issi is trained in a variety of yoga styles including Dharma Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga and Yin Yoga, as well as Mat Pilates. Having trained in physical discipline all her life, including ballet, hand balancing and contortion, Issi is inspired by all forms of movement, which create an interesting and unique session, leaving you feeling grounded and uplifted.
