Lucy is an Exercise Physiologist and qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach with over four years of experience working across both clinical and high-performance environments.

She holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Sydney and has supported a wide range of clients, including those managing osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, knee and back pain, and women’s health concerns, as well as athletes in the Australian Football League and netball.

Driven by a passion for helping people move more efficiently, feel stronger, reduce injury risk, and perform at their best, Lucy brings a personalised and evidence-based approach to coaching. With a particular interest in working with women and runners, she integrates her own love of running and strength training into her practice.
