Since leaving the Banking sector, Sarah Williams has embarked on a number of phenomenal endurance challenges. After competing in a number of London Marathons, Sarah then completed the Marathon Des Sables, hiked the Appalachian trail and cycled the Pacific Coast Highway. Sarah then founded Tough Girl Challenges and The Tough Girl Podcast before recently winning a Sports Podcast Award.
