Ollie has over 8 years’ experience as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach during which time he has worked with a range of clients, from athletes focused on injury prevention to busy professionals looking to transform their health and lifestyle.
Ollie thrives on guiding his clients to become leaner, fitter, and stronger with a sustainable, balanced approach that is centred around strength training. He empowers them to not only build greater physical resilience but to also enjoy an overall healthier lifestyle with evidence-based programs that encourage better movement, healthier habits and a more energised life.
In his own training, Ollie combines strength and bodybuilding with a range of athletic pursuits, including rugby, football, CrossFit, and Olympic lifting. Over the past three years, he has embraced new challenges such as Hyrox and triathlons. He loves to push his limits and stay at the forefront of fitness, both for himself and for those he has the privilege to train.
