Lead Physiotherapist

Nicola graduated from Brunel University London with an MSc in Physiotherapy. Prior to this she studied Sport and Exercise Science with Psychology in Edinburgh where she attained the University Medal for high performance. Nicola’s interests are in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and she has experience working with patients of all ages with varying activity levels.

Alongside working at Mayfair Physiotherapy, Nicola also works as a First Team Physiotherapist with Wasps Women’s Rugby team. Prior to this she has also had voluntary work with Saracen’s Women, Scotland Rugby and working at the London Marathon.

Nicola uses a combination of techniques to assess and treat patients. She likes to use Acupuncture and dry needling in conjunction with her hands on techniques and has a Level 3 diploma in Sports Massage. She utilises a holistic approach to help patients achieve their goals with a particular interest in helping patients return to their pre-injury levels of activity.

Nicola has spent the past few years working as a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist in the NHS where she has gained experience working with spinal, orthopaedic, persistent pain and rheumatological patients.
