Tony grew up in New Zealand taking part in a multitude of sports including wakeboarding, mountain biking, hiking, rugby and competitive canoe polo. After a period of serious illness he was forced to completely rebuild the strong physical capabilities and health he’d taken for granted all his life, and in doing so he discovered a passion for rehabilitation alongside health and fitness.

He graduated from The Otago Sports Institute (NZ) with a Diploma (with Merit) in Applied Sport and Exercise Prescription. He has also gained certifications in Corrective Exercise and Neuromuscular Stretching as part of a wide range of his dedication to continued professional development.

Tony’s ethos is that everyone has the right to enjoy a healthy and pain-free life with the capacity to do anything they want, whenever they want. He has over four years of experience working in the New Zealand health and fitness industry with a dual remit of reducing pain and dysfunction in clients, as well as working with them to facilitate fat loss, induce muscle gain, improve mobility and achieve performance goals.

Tony is an ardent advocate of the holistic approach, consistently providing clients with the motivation, education and support they need to far exceed their goals.
