Shea is a firm believer that our overall lifestyle dictates the health of our body and state of mind. His holistic approach focuses primarily on training and nutrition, while acknowledging the effect that stress and general lifestyle factors can have on our performance and wellbeing. Shea endeavours to work closely with you to enhance your lifestyle through training and realistic adjustments, with the goal of having you look and feel your best.
Combining strength training, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and boxing, Shea designs his programs to make you fitter, balance metabolism and keep you engaged – boxing is a brilliant stress reliever and in Shea’s opinion, the perfect way to end a workout. He does also recognise that everyone is unique, so his methods are always clearly defined by your requirements.
Shea has spent several years developing his strength, tinkering with his body composition and more recently, experiments with calisthenics (advanced bodyweight training). This gives him a wealth of experience regarding protocols for both performance and aesthetic goals which he shares with his clients. He continually develops his knowledge by staying up to date with the work of industry leaders and attending courses/seminars.
