Graduating University with a degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, Mehrad decided to pursue his ambition of becoming a personal trainer as exercise, nutrition and the process of becoming the best version of yourself both physically and mentally was something that he became extremely passionate about.

Starting out in London, Mehrad spent a large part of his PT career in Dubai, working for one of the most successful private studios in the city. Following his venture in the Emirates, he decided to return to London where his journey started and began working for Matt Roberts, to continue to do the thing he loved the most.

Whilst he doesn’t claim to subscribe to one school of thought with his training as he feels every tool in the toolbox has an application and purpose depending on the client he trains. His main focus is to help improve client’s body composition, movement and relative strength, meaning that his workouts focus on muscle definition, fat loss as well as lean muscle gain. This is done through the utilization of resistance training and metabolic conditioning.

Mehrad is a skilled, thoughtful, and honest coach with a strong drive to get you the best results. You can rely on him to provide you with clear, actionable advice based on the best available research. His desire to learn and improve sets him apart.
