Matt is a strong believer that fitness can build self-confidence and make people happier. He is passionate in helping clients achieve their goals providing encouragement, support and making each session enjoyable and fun.

He has worked with over 100 clients from a variety of backgrounds and with a variety of goals. From adults looking to lose some body fat to professional athletes preparing for their professional debut. Matt creates bespoke training and nutrition programmes tailored to each client’s individual’s goals and needs.

Having earned a MSc in Sport Nutrition and a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science under some of the leading sport & exercise scientists in the UK, Matt uses his knowledge to educate all his clients to help empower them to tackle any fitness goal, so that each client can meet and surpass their own expectations.
