Kish believes that results are achieved by hard work and consistency, both inside the gym and out. Qualifying in 2013 as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, he is in a great position to help with your fitness goals. He understands that each one of us have different goals within health and fitness, which motivates him to keep learning and adapt, in order to better his skillset and fulfil his clients goals.
Kishan believes in creating bespoke training plans to suit his clients individual needs and wants. Kish’s approach to training is to make it fun, educational and goal driven so that his clients feel great at the end of each session.
Kishan qualified as a Level 2 England Cricket Coach and has a background in playing high level competitive cricket. Due to an injury in his teens unfortunately he was forced to end his career, thus finding love for the health and fitness industry.
