Personal Trainer at Kensington & Chelsea
Area of expertise: Behavioural change and women’s fitness
Kim has loved health and fitness since a young age.
Kim was a keen and open-minded sports enthusiast and could be regularly seen on the running track and the netball pitch representing her school team at county level. Kim started her modelling career at the age of 17. This meant, with the long hours and constant travelling she had to maintain a good all around health and physically in top shape. Thankfully her love for health and fitness was a huge help in achieving both.
It was only in 2010 when Kim first entered a gym that she found where her true passion lay, which was weight training. Kim loves how the body is able to adapt and gain strength without bulking, which is a common misconception within women.
She has always valued the importance of correct education, and as a Personal Trainer her ethos revolves around keeping up-to-date with all the latest science and knowledge. Kim places emphasis on the importance of teaching individuals correctly in order them to adopt good behaviours in the long-term.
