Katie has over 10 years of experience in the health & fitness industry working with a wide range of clients from children to professional athletes. After completing her BSc (Hons) Nutrition degree Katie decided to broaden her knowledge by working in Community Health for the Local City Council.

With a love of sport from a young age Katie played for Everton Ladies Football Club for 10 years. Never losing her passion for fitness Katie moved to Dubai to further her expertise. Initially working for a CrossFit gym she then became Head Coach for one of Dubai’s leading Personal Training Centres which took her programming and technical ability to a new level. Missing the excitement and drive of UK life she recently relocated back to the UK to join the Matt Roberts Team. With a strong background in fat loss and conditioning as well as behavioural and lifestyle barriers Katie focuses on every single push and pull, evaluates the quality of every contraction and aims to understand her clients wants and needs in order to achieve optimal results. She guarantees your sessions will be full of energy, personality and leave you feeling inspired to reach your goals.

Katie is constantly pushing herself to improve her knowledge and skills with specific interests in the psychology of health and fitness, rehabilitation and corrective exercise as well as soft tissue therapy.

We’ll conduct an initial physical analysis with one of the best personal trainers in London to create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness, potential injuries, limitations and nutrition.
