John graduated from the University of Roehampton having studied Sport and Exercise Science, with a primary focus on anaerobic performance. He later obtained his Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
John continues to enjoy expanding his knowledge, currently building his expertise as a strength and conditioning coach. In his ninth year as a personal trainer in central London, John helps his clients formulate training programmes that focus on developing the core movements of the human body, building in strength, mobility and flexibility, in a thoughtful and fun manner.
Living in a hectic London environment, he is aware that programme design is crucial to helping clients develop high usage of the gym in the most efficient and productive way.
With over 5,000 hours of coaching experience, John has worked with a variety of clients, from those with injuries or in post-operative recovery, to athletes.
