Jane has always been a keen exerciser, starting with ballet classes at a very young age, before and discovering her passion for long distance running at the age of 13. Jane has completed several 10K runs and topped it off with a full marathon in November 2014, running from Nice to Cannes along the picturesque French Riviera. She studied Business and Marketing only to realize a few years later that her true passion lies within fitness and nutrition. So she moved to London and became Level 3 REPs qualified Personal Trainer. Since then she has obtained further qualifications in core stability training, and also Pre & Postnatal training. Her next goal is to study Pilates, which she believes will add a different dimension to her sessions. 

Jane believes that in order to change your body you need to change your lifestyle and forget about quick fix diets. She aims to create a long term plan with you that is sustainable, because consistency is the key to change. Jane’s passion for learning means she is always up to date with the latest research and methods.
