Fanni has dedicated her whole life to Sport. Her life has been all about fitness; she started as an artistic gymnast at the age of 5, which has left her with over 17 years of experience in professional gymnastic coaching, both as a competitor and coach. She competed at both national and international level.
Fanni graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Science as a Teacher of Physical Education from Eszterhazy University, Hungary. She continued her studies in the UK, becoming a CYQ Level 3 Personal Trainer. She has added to her skill-set, following one of her passions and qualifying as a ‘StrongFirst’ Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor in August 2015 continued by becoming Level 2 Instructor in September 2016.
These achievements will never stop her endless learning, researching and experimenting with training methods.Furthermore the ‘StrongFirst’ Lifter certification is one of her future intents in the first half of 2018 followed by ‘StrongFirst’ bodyweight certification later during the year.
She believes that part of being a good trainer means being a good role model, and in order to maintain and develop her physical fitness she trains hard and smart, never skips a planned training day and keeps her strength and flexibility levels up to the maximum.Her enthusiasm and attention to detail never fail to rub off on her clients.
Fanni has experience of working with a wide range of clientele ranging from high profile executives and professional athletes in five star facilities, to busy housewives within their own homes. She is adept at efficiently getting her people to achieve an array of sport specific, weight loss, and body shape goals.
Fanni uses her deep, and lifelong committed dedication and passion for health, fitness & sport to motivate her clients towards their goals every day.
