Chloe has over 8 years of personal training experience. Her own training background includes crossfit, strength work, and high intensity training.

After qualifying as a NASM Level 4 personal trainer (specialising in lower back pain), Chloe went on to pass her Precision Nutrition diploma, Sport Nutrition qualification, and is also qualified in kettlebells, TRX, padwork, pre & post-natal exercise, rocktaping and has completed the CHEK scientific shoulder training course, which focuses on quality of movement. She is currently studying Applied Movement Neurology, which is an in depth study of the brain, nervous system and movement patterns/pain.

Her goal is to help others to feel good about themselves inside and out, via individual programming. She thrives upon helping others to achieve stress relief whilst improving physical appearance and performance. Chloe has experience in helping clients of varied capabilities to achieve fat loss, fitness conditioning, and body transformations. She is keen to get results.

Chloe has helped clients to prepare for sporting events such as cycle rides, tough mudders, and ski season, and has helped people prepare aesthetically for events such as weddings and holidays. She has an eye for muscle imbalances and likes to keep training varied.
