Anthony has competed at a high level in a number of sports, Tennis, Golf and is an ex professional triathlete and Iron-man, who took podium places all over the world. He brings the most positive attitude and could motivate even the laziest of couch potatoes to get out there, have fun and shape up. 
 

Having trained 40+ hours a week as an endurance athlete Anthony has a wealth of experience, paired with a Psychology degree, a Masters in Sport and great interpersonal skills, he knows how to get the best out of you. Anthony aims to become one of the best Level 4 trainers around. He also has a passion for nutrition,after-all what is the point in having a sports car if you don’t put the right fuel in it and he is currently studying Sports Nutrition to gain formal recognition for his knowledge. He believes in variety, action and entertaining exercises in training sessions and can tailor his approach to any level. 
 

Anthony prides himself on being his own best advert, but don’t be intimidated, he will help you every step of the way to achieve your personal goals. If you want change, improvement and to experience the newest of approaches blended with traditional hard work; Anthony is your man. You need to start somewhere, this is it!
