Through different techniques and poses practiced in the discipline of Vinyasa Yoga , you can cultivate your strength and flexibility whilst relieving areas of tightness and aiding relaxation. Whilst complimenting it with an exploration into more conscious pranayama (breathwork) and meditation techniques to de-stress the mind, body and soul.
