The Foundation reformer class takes you through all the basic principles but allows you to be challenged on the reformer. It helps to progress through these sessions as it allows you to grasp the basics and improve your movement patterns before stepping into the harder sessions.
Intermediate classes are for those with good fitness levels who train regularly and will have done pilates before and like to be challenged.
The master class is tough. It is for our clients who have excelled through the intermediate classes and want to achieve “Master” status.
We suggest that all individuals who haven’t done Pilates before start with the Foundation class.
