Sam has a wealth of experience dealing with both the sporting elite and the everyday athlete.
Sam has worked with many of England’s finest Cricketers at Worcestershire County Cricket Club and also spent time in professional football with Brighton and Hove Albion- so is used to achieving his goals as effectively as possible and getting people back to full health!
Alongside his sporting experience Sam has spent time working with the everyday athlete and the general population since his Graduation as a Sports Therapist – so his skills are tuned to any level of ability!
Sam uses many techniques to achieve his goals- deep tissue massage, myofascial release, active release techniques, PNF, TrP therapy techniques along with utilising his knowledge of corrective Kinesiology taping to further his treatments effects, and prevent further injury.

Sam is based at our City club and currently offers Soft Tissue Therapy on Monday and Fridays.
