Scrambled eggs, salmon & spinach
- 3 eggs
- 3 slices of smoked salmon, diced or cut into strips
- 1 cup of spinach
- Salt & pepper to taste
Heat a pan & mix the eggs together in a bowl with a pinch of salt & pepper.
Pour egg mixture into pan & cook while the mixture thickens, stirring slowly.
Stir in salmon & spinch and cook.
