PERSONAL TRAINING GOALS
Training programmes can be purchased with a course of 10 or 25 sessions or via the monthly payment scheme. Our team would recommend a certain number of sessions for that particular goal but it is at the client’s discretion the option they chose. All clients must complete an initial consultation before starting training with the company.
