As a Rugby player and Crossfit enthusiast Tommy has a passion for developing total body, functional fitness and sports performance. His versatility as a trainer is clear through his ability to obtain excellent results with a diverse mixture of people and throughout his time within the world of health and fitness has developed a large and varied client base.

His experience within the industry, partnered with his qualifications in lower back pain management and continuing development in the specialist area of corrective exercise, ensures that clients do not just achieve fantastic results from a fitness and weight loss perspective but do so in the safest and most efficient methods whilst simultaneously helping to address performance issues.

Tommy has a real appetite for continued professional development and cares passionately about becoming the best trainer possible. Not satisfied with the industry standard Level 3 Personal Training qualification, Tommy went on to complete Level 4, equipping him with additional skills such as GP referral. Tommy has also gone on to complete other certifications courses such as Master Kettlebell Instructor, Sports Conditioning Instructor, Advanced Nutrition in Physical Performance and Circuit Training Instructor.

Tommy aims to not just help clients achieve their specific goals but also to educate them in how to exercise, eat well and achieve optimal performance from their bodies.

We’ll conduct an initial physical analysis with one of the best personal trainers in London to create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness, potential injuries, limitations and nutrition.
