Area of expertise: Postural imbalance and correction techniques
Kurtis has over 12 years experience in the health and fitness industry having previously played professional level football in the UK and America. He is a qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. This qualification has enabled him to specialise in lower back pain and exercise referral clients. He has gained qualifications in pre and post natal exercise and kettlebell instruction and is currently focusing on strength and conditioning through studying UKSCA accredited coach, Charles Poliquin Biosignature Practitioner Level 2 and PICP Level 2.
Kurtis's specialism is martial arts pad work having been trained by his father who was a British National team coach.
Since qualifying, Kurtis has used his expertise and training methodologies to help clients reach their fat loss and toning goals. His main focus is to achieve maximum results through challenging but enjoyable sessions. Kurtis combines his training methods with comprehensive nutrition programmes that are meticulous to clients needs and goals.
