As a Sports Science graduate from Loughborough University, Harry’s passion for the fitness industry has been a lifelong obsession. Having completed his dissertation module in fat loss for a men’s physique competitor, he knows all it takes to strip body fat as efficiently as possible. Following a generic calorie or macronutrient programme is a recipe for disaster as it needs to be completely individualised and tailored to you. Harry has the ability to look into your lifestyle and pinpoint areas for improvement, then make realistic changes that are able to be maintained consistently.

Harry’s desire to practice what he preaches led him to complete his level 3 Personal Training award straight after graduating. Having had to deal with many injuries himself, he understands the importance of correct movement in injury prevention and rehabilitation, and asks only for hard work and determination from his clients when working to achieve a given goal. Having also had to manipulate his own physique whilst modelling for international brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch and Giorgio Armani, Harry understands the process, as well as the psychological/physical demands that undertaking a body composition change can place on you. With Harry, you will be guided to be the best version of yourself.

What’s most rewarding to Harry is seeing his clients achieve their goals, from improving an individual’s quality of life, or helping clients through injury. His experience both academically and practically will ensure your sessions are efficient as well as enjoyable, with his main aim to improve the whole spectrum of your lifestyle.
